BEING the #1 Producing Real Estate Agent on my team for 3 years straight is the greatest hat trick in my 30-year Sales Career. WHAT makes me the IDEAL AGENT for YOU was birthed at my FIRST sales interview in 1995 with Rich Reskow, who asked, "Is the CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT?" My response, "yes…but…" was met with his IMMEDIATE correction, "There IS NO 'but'". He drilled it in me that the CUSTOMER is ALWAYS RIGHT because its THEIR perceptions, feelings and experiences that shape their REALITY. And that it's RIGHT to THEM and that's ALL that matters. This ideology of my 1st Sales Manager became the cornerstone of my sales philosophy.

MY JOB is to COLLABORATE with Sellers, Buyers and Investors to INTERPRET THE MARKET to achieve their real estate goals as efficiently as possible. WHAT SETS ME APART is being married to and working closely with a General Contractor. This partnership helps me with all my Clients. For Sellers, I KNOW THE COST OF MOST REPAIRS and renovations and can tell which will INCREASE a home's VALUE -sometimes by 2-3 times the cost of the investment-or suggest cost-effective improvements to expedite the sale. Because if it's 1:1? It was a hobby.


For BUYERS, my THOROUGH VISUAL INSPECTIONS of the foundation, electrical systems, plumbing, and roofs, can help them know which house to place an offer on and which we should walk-away from. While I'm still undecided if I prefer HANDING OVER or RECEIVING the door keys, one thing is clear: I am dedicated to NEGOTIATING the best transaction for all my Sellers, Buyers and Investors and that I'm sincerely GRATEFUL for the OPPORTUNITY to help my Clients realize their REAL ESTATE GOALS.
